Four team league with Olympic skaters. Team names and logos are pretty cool. Will it succeed, only time will tell, but so far so good.

The commissioner mentioned Rhonda Rousey in the ESPNW article.
I hear by volunteer myself as a special marketing consultant. Like all low-level minor league hockey, it's the fights that put the butts in the seats.
Hyannisport broadcaster wrote:"The fans are standing up to them! The security guards are standing up to them! The peanut vendors are standing up to them! And by golly, if I could get down there, I'd be standing up to them!"
Chiefs broadcaster wrote:"Oh this young (woman) has had a very trying rookie season, with the litigation, the notoriety, her subsequent deportation to Canada and that country's refusal to accept her, well, I guess that's more than most 21-year-olds can handle... Ogie Ogilthorpe!"
