Major League Football statement

MANAGEMENT OF MAJOR LEAGUE FOOTBALL STATEMENT REGARDING PFL (PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE) FOUNDED BY JERRY CRAIG

It has come to our attention that Jerry Craig is attempting to form a Spring Professional League and some of our fans are confused as to whether this is Major League Football, Inc operating under another name. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Mr. Craig had committed to invest millions of dollars on Major League Football in June of 2016. After months of his delay we determined he never had invested and in fact had no money to invest in Major League Football, Inc. In fact he issued checks to employees and to the Federal Court in New Jersey which were retuned NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds). His Securities Purchase Agreement with us was terminated by our attorneys based on his default. Mr. Craig has taken corporate information he received while at MLFB, as well as content from our web site and used it in his doomed attempt to form this League.

Most of the Coaches he has listed as participating in PFL have now resigned and withdrawn their names.

MLFB has re-instituted negotiations with investors of substance with whom it was negotiating at the time Mr. Craig's original offer was accepted and we plan to have football in 2018. We will make further announcements when appropriate.

1-Their message indicates that things occurred in 2016, but all the SEC docs tell us all of it went down last year, 2017.

2- If they think Craig's venture is "doomed", how do they get the damn nerve to think they can actually do anything past drafting players?

It's tough to remember the dates of all the lies the MLFB has told over the past 4 years. So tough in fact that they even forgot that this debacle with the Craigs happen in 2017 instead of 2016. From make believe investment firms (Asian Global Capital Group, LTD) to management groups like Level Five whose website look like a 5 year old child put together overnight instead of a "company" who has offices from "around the world". Let's not forget the "we had leases signed" when the Clairemont deal fell through to"we can't discuss our leases" during the Asian Global LOI storyline. Then the whole eviction storyline made this soap opera even better.

Some of us figured that out pretty much right away.

There is zero chance they will have either investors or football in 2018.

Zero.
Old enough to remember when bashing the ABA was fun.
