Tickets were supposed to go on sale today, but all they're doing is taking email addresses to send group pricing (20+). No prices listed and public sale now set for Feb. 15.
Actually that's not correct:
The are emailing the group ORDER form - 20 people minimum. Individual tickets go on sale 2/15. Not sure if that's geared more toward FB teams or fans watching. It doesn't seem to even have stands so they may have to rent bleachers?
Its really more of an Academy

Also they have not filled the rosters - as they are asking players to apply until all positions filled. (top of main web page)
Will it actually happen? Time will tell but likely yes. Though I would not be surprised of only 3 teams or indoor players filling spots.

Still disingenuous as the told local newspapers on Jan. 12 that tickets sales start on Feb. 1, but today only group inquiries are asked for. Their own Facebook page links to said story.

Perhaps or just incompetent or plain wishful thinking. Games aren't until April anyway. Their bigger issue will be filling the roster - they may get apps but in the wrong position mix. They gave themselves wiggle room (time). But Woods tends to exaggerate and under deliver aka FXFL vs simply under promising and over delivering. Let's see if he learned better.
Or the deadline was purposely set early to get apps in knowing they'd have a drag. Who knows. But I think with the cost structure so low it will get launched. I hope it does.

They NEED cash. Woods needs to pay Westhoff and Shea, plus deposits on all the ancillary goids/services required. This ain't gonna happen unless Gov. Jay Jacobs decides to give The Greenbrier, his own business, a write-off via a state order or grant.
They cannot get 160 dudes to cough up $350/each and give up 21+ days of their lives for "tape".

And those 160 dudes who do (and I believe some will) will not be ones worth paying to watch.
Tell me exactly how you're going to convince 19 other people to go with you to BFE West Virginia to watch football players who either aren't very good or have terminal baggage?

Old enough to remember when bashing the ABA was fun.

The Greenbrier has a casino. They'll bend the state regulations to allow paying fans access to it as the owner now also happens to be the Governor of West Virginia.
