On a Friday night did 136,000 viewers 40,000 more than the first game NWSL that was held on a Sunday.
Friday night is probably a better tv window than Sunday night.

Usually Friday night is the worst night for TV viewing, while Sunday and Monday are the best (who stays home and watches TV on a Friday?).
I'm just impressed that people are watching (that number could be a handful of girls' teams having sleepovers on a Friday night and watching the game. Sunday is a school night.)
