Will this league survive?
Probably not. Just saying. Are we taking bets on how many teams fold by mid-season?

The league only has five teams, Atlanta has already gone belly up without playing a down, how many of these teams are simply travel teams? With the five teams spread across Pennsylvania, Missouri, Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, I would be worried about the travel costs for Reading and St. Louis. The PIFL was interested in putting a team into Atlanta for 2014, wonder how the Gwinnett Center is feeling these days now that it is obvious that the arena jumped into bed with the wrong people???
The sched is out.
The solution, all teams will be travel teams this yr.
Atlanta will kick off against St Charles, Mo. The game will be
played in Juarez, Mexico. Possible expansion site. To be played on
Jan 8th, 31st or sometime next week. Site TBD or Guanacaste
Bull ring.
Next game, we're looking at June something or other. That game is expected to be possibly for the Championship between Fresno (new franchise to be
active in Aug 2014 (maybe) and St Croix from the Northern Yukon.
We expect to sign a TV contract with Vietnameese Overseas Armed
Volunteer Militia now serving in South Sudan as a peace keeping force.
We have really generated a lot of interest and may soon announce
our short wave radio broadcast.
Protect your seat and order your non-refundable season tickets now.
Thank you and we couldn't do this with out you our loyal fans.

Actually, I think the league will do okay. People may not like Haines, but I can't remember him folding a team mid season except for the Greenville Riverhawks. Mink knows what he is doing with the Raiders and the Rampage owner, Kacee Smith seems to know what he is doing as well. The only team I am not sure about is the Outlaws, but I think Mink is keeping a close I on all the teams.

The travel for the league seems a little too lengthy. It may be tough to find the funds to travel that distance but the league is letting the teams play an outside the League game. Most teams are using this as a pre-season home game. This may give some relief for the teams that need to travel in week one. Also if you can put together a quality win and quality entertainment against lesser competition you might have some fans return. I wish every league would allow one non-league game like this. Maybe even a home and home type thing. Could see a little cross over between leagues then. I do think next year they need to have a couple teams fill the gap between travel.
