Team move in Pecos League

I know the AA wanted this market (well maybe not the T-Bones), but didn't like the stadium options:

Looks like the Shawnee county commission has agreed to it. The team will be playing at Jerry Robertson Field, which is where the Golden Giants (collegiate team) is playing. Bleacher capacity of 300.

AA's biggest problem in putting a team here is that people don't really want to build a new stadium, especially since teams seem to disappear quickly too. It'll be even tougher now than before due to the fiasco of Heartland Park that went down over the past year.

I wonder if the Pecos League team will let the Golden Giants and Senators summer college teams continue to share that field.
There aren't a whole lot of other options for fields in Topeka. Washburn stopped letting summer teams using their stadium years ago.
Hummer Sports Park has less bleacher space for baseball than Robertson Field (and is constantly booked with Legion and other teams). The city high schools don't have much in the way of facilities (and play most of their games at Hummer). Those teams might get shipped out to Seaman or Washburn Rural (unless the Prairie Band Pottawatomie want to build them a stadium by the casino).
Actually, Heartland Park would be a great place for a minor-league baseball park (if someone other than the city wanted to build it). There's enough land there that you could still keep the race track and dragstrip. (It would sort of be like the way the T-Bones' stadium, Sporting Park and the Kansas Speedway are all clustered together).
