This is not how i thought things would be for the SIFL when we started this journey in 2008. With or without being involved, i saw better then what ended up happening.

I think most of us did 'nut. Sure would be nice to know what really did turn Hager's dream into a nightmare.

Sadly, the owners of the PIFL/LSFL made Hager a financial offer for the SIFL league name, they preferred to use the SIFL name going forward instead of going to the expense of generating new league logos/names. To say that Hager made a major miscalculation would be an understatement. He had the opportunity to least come out of the deal with something. Even in the end, I don't think he really saw the fast moving freight train that was coming down the tracks.

According to Hager, god gave him the financial plan for the SIFL. The statement speaks for itself.
