The answer to your question is a resounding YES, that is, if you are asking whether the Alabama Hammers are done with the SIFL? Absolutely, no more teams folding before a third of the season has been played, no more forfeits, and no more replacement games with imposters wearing SIFL team jerseys. Now if your question was whether the Hammers were done as a team, the Alabama Hammers are still very much alive. The Hammers were one of the principle teams involved in the formation of one of the two new leagues, the PIFL.

That's some great news-------- Hammers Stanlee Bradley (Cumberland University) and Darius Turner (Alabama A&M) played for the Nashville Storm after the Hammer season ended (Bradley also played for the Storm in 2009 and 2010), and were factors in our PSFL and National Championship run. Storm QB Phellepe Hall (TSU) was the Hammers' backup QB early in the season as well.
