Maybe 4-5 years down the road if the UFL looks solid (and not imminently at that point going to just pull 3-4 of its teams into the NFL), then that would be an option. But, the UFL isn't going to be calling any shots for awhile in the stadium building game.

Look at MLS. They didn't really get into "we should build our own parks" until about 8-9 years in, once they had a foothold.
