If it's true, that's a real surprise, it seems no sense, but the league pays, it's a problem of the owners, i understand that it's difficult to find teams, cities and people who want to manage a professional minor league team, but i think the way is no good. Thanks.

Because three of them don't have the logos up yet (South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Puerto Rico)

It is interesting, something is missing though(in addition to their website). Maybe an addition of the city/state border.
