It appears as though the one city I missed was Gary. According to this article, tentative plans call for the Alley Cats to move to Gary and become the Steelheads.

As much as you may like the Xplosion, they certainly aren't "entitled" to any players. And if they want to keep Jackson as head coach, ownership better lock him up. Keep in mind that adding Gary is what's best for the CBA, and probably, best for every other team.

IIRC, the Outlaws are partially owned by the City of Billings. I could be wrong on that, though. I'm actually kind of excited about this team. It will certainly be a test of whether or not small markets can work in this league. And seriously, what else could there be to do in Pike County, Kentucky? :P

When did the ABA "jump the shark?"

Basically, what one event eliminated any hope within you of the ABA ever reforming and becoming a much more legitimate organization?

For me, I'm going to go with when the takeover failed, but in a way, I think as soon as the Pittsburgh Hardhats fell apart, deep down, I knew what was happening.
