Or you could have a Tier 1 and a Tier 2. Have the most successful Teams On and Off the Field and the most established teams from the IFL and the AIFA in the Tier 1 and have the Teams that are doing good Off the Field, but are ok or bad On the Field in the Tier 2. I think the AFL and the IFL are ran that way also. That would be an awesome move. The CIFL really seems like they are doing well. I am sure they will want to keep there League the way it is.
