No, the IBL will be run by a guy out of Washington State. The prospecxtive franchise cities dont seem like cities the original wouldve gone in.

I've heard nothing about these "new" teams. I think it must've been an error putting Vancouver on there twice. Also, what about Freddie Lewis, Ron Boone or Mel Daniels for division names?
