Average attendance and budget impact

While not very impressive average season league numbers, they do appear to have improved by 10% over last 4 games which is the right direction (if my math is right). Also, if you figure that it costs $500-$800K per year to run a team (depending greatly on arena contracts, if payroll is max'd, if fir...

NexxNow China Partnership, CBA TV in China

Interesting CBA press release yesterday which teams NexxNow China Inc with the CBA to deliver digitial media sports content to mainland china, exposing a vast population to the CBA. If successful (maybe a long shot but worth a try in my opinion), the revenues from American and/or global companies wi...

Patroons won Sat night, but by another lackluster performance, shot less than 50% from the floor and I would guess 2% from outside 10 feet (real dismal) ...team played with a little more determination than last night but inconsistently. They appear to be the kind of team that is plays "up" to the be...

Patroonsfan took the words right out of my mouth....played like they have nothing to play for...don't think they hit anything outside 5 feet in 4Q...Askew sat there like a deer in the headlights. Once again other team Great Falls borrowed patroons aways....I got there late, did not get a program so ...

I would not be surprised either if someone picked him up. Last year, in Albany, the kids loved him and next to Moon, he was a fan favorite with my kids. What he lacked in quickness at times, he made up with his "globetrotter like" passes, cheerleading and good natured trash talking.

Good for you PSBF, congrats. I am a new member and have spent last few weeks reading a lot of glass half empty analysis from what appears to be some members who would like to see the CBA fail. League needs more fans like you. You guys really took it to us in Albany this past weekend. Degroat, Founta...

There have been some great teams, including this year's Yakama but don't think any compare with the 87-88 Patroons, 48-6 with a roster that included Michael Ray Richardson, Sidney Lowe, Rick Carlisle, Derrick Rowland, Lowes Moore, Kenny Natt, Scott Brooks...That is an NBA roster, all with experience...
