Billings and Sioux Falls, with Sioux Falls winning.

Arkansas has a great Offense now with QB Brian Jones, and WR's Bradley Chavez, Steven Savoy, and Alvin Ray Jackson. I would not be surprised if they made the United Bowl or even won the United Bowl.

Are one of these Franchises in Contact with the UIFL? Andrew Haines said that there is one existing Franchise from Wisconsin that is in contact with the UIFL about playing in the UIFL in 2011.

It would make the most sense for the CIFL to merge with an existing League with how the League is now since they only have 2 teams in good shape. I think it would make the most sense to merge with the AIFA, then the League could be an Midwest/East Coast League. But do not have Morris and Mink involv...

The Wisconsin Wolfpack have plenty of money, they are one of the most Financially Stable Teams in Indoor Football. They could play in the IFL or a New UIF League.
