The Beast's FB page says they're in the CIFL now too (they've also been taken off the XIFL page)...just waiting for an official announcement.

I would personally LOVE to see a team in Norfolk...they'd be PERFECT as a rival for Lehigh & ESPECIALLY Richmond.
