What do you see them needing to become a solid league?

Sounds like this league is heading in the right direction. Our young players need a league with integrity. It appears the IBA has it. Congrats to Mr. Bradford and his staff. I hope before too long OSC will note this league.

I guess the IBA from what you say has a good upside. What would a league like this need to do to get up to the the level of the NBL-C league? It appears the IBA may be a pretty good option for the winter season.

With the league's that you have noted, who has the best up side? At the same time what league's are heading down?

How would you rank these two leagues with the other minor leagues out there? Is the D-League first? Where does the ABA and the PBL fit into things?

Is the IBL still around, or is it the IBA now? Looks like the teams in the Mid West are in the IBA. It appears they have a nice league.

I see Carrie's name in many of these posts. She is key to the PBL. I heard she was no longer with the PBL. Is this true? I also understand this really does not fall under this thread, but it looks like the IBA is doing a pretty good job? Thoughts

Ryan is one of the best, if not the best in the IBL. I am sure this is an over sight. Was he MVP of the Winter League? Congrats to Barry and his guys.
