The last two, I believe.
For the most part, yes. I believe there were one or two cancelled games in 2009 because the Nebraska team didn't have a home venue. The 2008 season was pretty bad, and the APFL South was an awful idea from the start. The league ...
What are the rules regarding the pay of players in the APFL?
I just asked this on another board, and was basically told that it is a hybrid pro/semi-pro league. Iowa and Kansas pay their players, Mid-Missouri and Springfield don't. I was surprised t...
In many ways, you make a good argument. On the other hand ... In 2009, Austin was the solid number 2 team in the SIFL. In 2010, they struggled in the IFL. That does point to the possibility of a serious step up in the competitive level of play in the IFL.[/...
You can paint it however you wont, but yes the SIFL is a step down from the IFL. The SIFL is a regional league, to the IFL's national league status. However, I'm not saying thats a a bad decision; I am indifferent on that subject some teams are just smaller and ca...

The name and logo are horrible.

The helmet almost makes up for it.

I was wondering why they announced that. Usually leagues don't announce when they deny a team's application. What's really odd about this is that the title makes it sound like they'd given them the OK but were taking it back. Anyways, it is good to know the league is being more selective. Hopefully ...

I'm fairly certain this is the Iowa Blackhawks. Not only does that area match the league's but you can also see something about the IPFL in the APFL website's disclaimer. And it's no secret that the Blackhawks are up for sale.
