It's nice to have someone from the SIFL clearing information here. Thanks! I would like to know where the Cobras plan on playing. I have heard that the Storm are joining AF1 so they will play at the St. Pete Times Forum. The only other arena I know of is the Florida Expo Hall. Any clues? I live in t...

What do any of the last posts have to do with this thread? This was not intended to be a discussion on what league is lining up with what league. The Storm are possibly coming back. One of the premier teams of the defunct AFL will possibly be back and the War on I-4 will continue. There are many of ...

Alignments and new teams?
Does anyone know of any more teams joining the SIFL this upcoming season? I read about the some Florida teams called the "Punishers" and "Cobras" but nothing more. I also see that the Augusta Colts are done but there will be an expansion franchise in Augusta this season. So we ha...

af2 "revolt?"
I read in an article recently that several "renegade" af2 owners have had reported meetings about leaving the af2 and either joining another or starting another league. Anyone have an info on this?

Florida Firecats relocating?
I remember reading an article a few weeks ago about the Firecats moving to another city for the 2010 season. The article read to another FL city or out of state. It also seems that there has been increased news stories of poor attendance. Does anyone have any info on this possible relocation?
Schedules
Well, the af2 has posted schedules. It seems like the league has created a some good regional rivalries. Some teams are playing each other 3 or 4 times. That could either create some major blowouts or very intense games. I also see that Austin, Daytona Beach, Lubbock, Louisville and Texas are gone. ...

Why is AFL so quiet?
We are almost 3 months from the start of the season and the AFL is very quiet. No free agency period, no schedule and no news on a new Commish. Although we have news of team tryouts, a $100 million management buy-in and the VooDoo folding...but nothing else! What gives? The af2 has posted a schedule...
