I'll agree with you about the Network thing Pounder, the XFL was a perfect example of that going totally south.

Indoor and Arena Football have a lot of similarities but they also have a lot of differences. Both styles of play use Hockey Rinks (well, most teams try too find hockey rinks) and play on an astroturf feild of 50 yards in length and both play 8 man football instead of the standard 11 man American Fo...

An interesting theory, but why is it mandatory for the CFL too tap into the U.S. TV market? The cities you suggest are not exactly Neilson friendly for the TV market. Billings and Fargo may like Football, but are not exactly powerhouses if you want big TV rating numbers. For general expansion, your ...

Did we have this discussion on here before? Like half a dozen times!! Just out of curiosity, why is it MANDATORY for the CFL too move south again? They tried it before and it almost killed them. Now you have some interesting theories of about moving into Medium sized cities, but lots of these towns ...

Man, I hope its not true. I was keeping an eye on the IFL and was hoping the league would be successful in Texas. I suppose the league can still play if 2 teams drop out before the end of the season, but it just doesn't make your league look very good if you can't even get all your teams too finish ...

Ya, that is actually one good thing if NFLE focuses most of its teams in Germany. The NIFL is having success because most of its teams (at least the Pacific Conference) are located within regional Areas that can use Bus Travel for cheaper transportation. I've never been too Europe, but I would have ...

I kinda wish Des Moines would get an AF2 team, I doubt the AFL would ever return their. Its too small a market now and I don't think Iowa could sustain the costs. I heard they wanted too get back into Des Moines, but I have a feeling its not going too happen. If AF2 doesn't get back in their, maybe ...

I think it would be neat too see the Crude Organization move up too Bismark or La Crosse. Both of those cities did well in attendence in the NIFL and their was absolutely no reason why their teams should have failed. I think the Crude organization could do well in etheir city, much better then TIPS.

I'm not sure I like these rules. I can understand going with 3 downs (I don't think the CFL would permit a 4 down league in their territory) but a lot of those other rules just seem too weird. I agree, I think it would be best too use Arena style rules because 3 downs would work better for that game...
