The league's not going to put out an official release saying "hey, we lost teams" - kind of like they haven't put out a release on the Billings situation. If they do acknowledge it at all, it'll be a one sentence mention in the press release announcing the new schedule - just like last sea...

One interesting tidbit if you go by the transactions on the league website... four teams had their entire rosters released on October 1 - Austin, San Angelo, Sioux City, and West Michigan.

Discuss.

[quote=""daytonadan""]It is intriguing that you mention the fact that Thom Hager is President of the Southern Indoor Football League, but is it not equally egarious that one Tommy Benizio is a part owner of the Richmond Revolution and commissioner of the Indoor Football League yo...

Knocking each other's head off? Didn't Columbus just wipe the turf with Greenville in an exhibition contest 63-6? (Kind of hard to tell, since the article on the league site talks all about the Lions and very little about Greenville. Guess that's what happens when the Lions PR director is the league...

Bush league? The SIFL? Never...............

Granted, a real PR guy would have taken care of business already, but it looks like the SIFL has chosen to lower the bar in the PR department. I will say this - say what you wi...

The five o'clock deadline has came and gone. At least be ready to hit the button and release the schedule. Is that like the Staples Easy Button? Maybe Dan Ryan hid it and they can't find it... I don't think the SIFL has made a good first impression for 2010. No, the first impression should have bee...
