Any talks of compensation by K-Wings ownership to IHL?

I'm curious if this will ever play out in a court of law. If league bylaws aren't illegal or unconstitutional, will the "I" have the resources to fight for their just compensation(if clearly stipulated in the bylaws). My guess on what the league could get $$$ from the Wings ownership: $300...

There will be joy in Mudbugville this fall

As it appears that the CHL has approved the sale of the Shreveport Mudbugs to local ownership.

Pensacola Ice Flyers: In for 2009-10

Bear with the possible redundancy for some of you on this, but without doing a little research, I wouldn't have known things were progressing this quickly in Pensacola(being that I reside in the Lafayette area). New head coach is actually an old head coach: http://www.pnj.com/article/20090612/SPORTS...

http://http://www.thesphl.com/fanzone/news/index.html?article_id=1170 Participating in the draft of Twin City and Richmond players were: Mississippi Hockey Louisiana Icegators and... Pensacola! The IceGators elected to pass on two of the rounds. I'm going to trust their judgement for now on this. T...

So why was Pickard asked to leave as IHL commish?

In initial IHL press releases, it was stated that Pickard was going to return to his position with the K-Wings and step down as IHL commissioner.

But with more light shed on recent events, it appears he did not step down so willingly.

What do you guys think was the reason behind it all?
That is why I think the CHL would be the best move. However for this to happen I think the IHL and CHL need to merge.
And the Youngstown Steelhounds franchise of the 2007-08 CHL would have to be revived, as well. I like the present geographic model o...
So then is there any reason the Jr. team couldn't stay? I don't see any conceivable reason why a junior team couldn't simply share an arena with a minor pro one... And I've heard all the rumors too. Add Cincinnati and Dayton to your list, and possibly Peoria if ...
There is more truth to that statement than you know. To be successful in the SPHL the rental threshold has to be in the $1,500 to $2,000 per game area (.50 cents a seat). Which begs the question. Where are the areanas that have seating capacity in the area of 300...
