The Wings have finally made their first 3 signings, announcing the return of 3 players from last season's IHL team: Rick Cleaver, Bryan Jurynec, and Trent Daavettila.

I think the ECHL is out at this point. Eastern teams have released their schedules with Kalamazoo worked in. They're not going to rework the schedule AGAIN at this point, because the schedule has made enough fans unhappy as it is. A reworked one would be even worse.. QC's options are now the IHL, or...

Evansville has licensing and will begin IHL play if and when they ever get a new arena built. So 2 or 3 years out, probably.

The rest of the IHL is *not* moving to the ECHL. There was a chance Muskegon might follow Kalamazoo, but that's now out the window. Muskegon could move down the road to the ECHL I suppose, but Fort Wayne and the ECHL is not a marriage that will happen unless ownership changes in Fort Wayne. The IHL ...

FYI for everyone... the guys that wanted to go into Indy are the exact same guys that are now in Dayton. Indy rumors died when fairly-publicly they moved on to Dayton...
