I was going to say the Sioux Falls Skyforce but we are talking a one year team I see. A lot of these guys are old... Sean Rooks has got to be into his 40s. I've seen Jeff Trepagnier in the NBA and D-League and he can still play I'm sure... but the rest... come on now. Point being... especially this ...

I'm sure it was enjoyable to watch the problem is the 80 people in the gym. Take away family and friends and what was your paid attendance? You get the idea... it would be ok if the league dues where $500 or something like that and the owner was just doing it for fun.

This is pretty much the same recycled interview we get every year. First, it is very positive that players get an opportunity to keep their dream alive, I’m not going to comment on the overall talent in the league and focus more on the business side. I’m kind of curious how many teams in the league ...

No Travel Leagues

This seems to be the way to go about independent basketball. I know about the KBDL and the one on the west coast. The IBEL returned too. The IBEL played all their games again this year in one gym and even the players stayed on campus. The teams zoned and i saw a lot of what would be goaltending unde...

Eurobasket is a joke

http://www.usbasket.com/USBA/basketball.asp DAJ using Eurobasket to write about a lawsuit he hasn't filed. Ultimately this makes EuroBasket into a complete joke to allow this crap on the website. I can hear Duane now... winning! :p Atlanta, Ga. (March 21, 2011) Atlanta businessman Duane Allen Jenki...

I'm sure there are basketball politics involved and posters out to make the team look bad, but on this issue they are correct. Normally a middle school court is even smaller than a high school court (shorter and more narrow). http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_are_the_dimensions_of_a_basketball_court Pl...

not a pro league if you have to buy your own jersey. Be honest, rec league at a sportsplex. that's fine but you aren't pro or semi pro.

I agree with giving them a chance. But I do think you have to hold everyone accountable. Take the schedule they post on the website and hold them to it. These players come out for the video and the stats. Hold the league to it. I'll give an example of what is not acceptable. See below for youtube fi...
