I think that Observer-Reporter is from Washington, PA. PSBF mentioned a Mt. Lebanon Observer which would be a different paper. I've never heard of it, but I'm not from that area. Also, PSBF had indicated that Gene Collier actually called him at his home and discussed the article with him in person. ...
