Arena Ball vs Indoor Ball:

My take,

Arena ball uses nets in the endzone that are live. Indoor Does not.
Arena Ball players play both ways. Indoor teams can, but normally don't do that.
Arena Ball doesn't allow teams to play defense (my take). Indoor allows linebackers to roam more freely.
