Good news coming.........

A lot of good news coming, when you are trying to build something the right way it takes time, you cant just throw teams together or you have the same product. The Lions are selling tickets because they know whats going on and have been doing this for 11 years. Their credibility assures me they know...

Solutions

Of the seven PIFL teams, only four will play a sixth home game vs. non-PIFL teams. The other three will play six home game vs. PIFL You already know Nashville is one of the four and Columbus is one of the three bc they don't play Harrisburg at home. Doesn't leave much left to figure out. Actually pr...

Not what it seems

Dont read more into this than it is. Nashville just needed any team that would show up to fill the date voided by Harrisburg. Its not a merger approved by the PIFL to play X-league teams. Nashville will probably be the only one to use a X-league team. Good job by the X-league to try to gain some leg...

Reason
Wow.........lol.

......and what was Cape Fear's reason for not joining the PIFL again??? lol
The reason is the X-league doesn't cost anything to join and is cheaper to operate. Some people fly first class and some people fly stand by. You get the point.

Impressive Team Notes

I was checking out the PIFL team websites and rosters. I saw this on Columbus' roster page. Seems like Columbus really knows what they are doing. I pulled this from the website with the link. In the recruitment process, a player must make a decision where to continue his career. Most importantly, wh...

Not Really
For the AIF to possibly be considered as a developmental league for one of the other indoor leagues, both leagues, AIF and whomever, would have to mutually find benefit in the association. This means that the league would to be able to present itself as being creditible, rig...

Feeder League

Its good to see the AIF getting some semi-pro teams together to play indoor football. This will help develop some players that will typically never get a shot at the professional indoor football leagues like the IFL & PIFL. Hopefully each year the AIF will be able to produce a player or two to the n...

2014 Sesaon
This is the first public acknowledgement by the league as far as the networks that the league has been negotiating with for a game of the week format for the league. This contract will not prohibit teams from also negotiating their own local TV contracs if they desire to do ...

Defense, Defense, Defense

I would say that one of the biggest signings to this point was Roshawn Marshall DB from Richmond to Columbus. He was second in the league in INT and could man up almost any WR in the league, add 4 time defensive player of the year Daniels to that backfield and that's a lot of interceptions. Columbus...
