Oakland 9 at Birmingham 21

BIRMINGHAM (AP) – Reggie Collier and Cornelius Quarles found big scoring holes up the middle to lead the Birmingham Stallions to a 21-9 victory over the Oakland Invaders in a United States Football League game Sunday.

Collier scored on a 17-yard quarterback draw, and Quarles sealed the decision with a 25-yard run through the middle. Both went in untouched.
