January 21, 2017 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - It was a well-received homecoming for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, as they defeated the Hershey Bears (19-20-7-2) by a 5-1 score in front of a sell-out crowd at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza on Saturday night. January 20, 2017 - LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins came close to mounting a third-period comeback against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, but ultimately fell, 5-3, at PPL Center on Friday night. The Penguins (29-9-3-0) rallied back from down 3-1 in the third period to tie the score, but saw the Phantoms promptly pop back on top and never surrender the lead from there. January 20, 2017 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have recalled defenseman Michael Webster from the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL). Webster has played in 29 of Wheeling's 35 games this season, posting three goals and 15 assists for 18 points, as well as a plus-10 rating.
