November 29, 2016 - BUFFALO, NY --- The Western New York Flash announced today that the club has loaned goalkeeper Katelyn Rowland to the Newcastle Jets of the W-League in Australia for the offseason. A member of the 2016 NWSL Champions, Rowland started 6 matches, logging one shutout and a 1.33 goals against average in 540 minutes after being acquired from FC Kansas City in June. November 2, 2016 - BUFFALO, NY -- U.S. Women's National Team head coach Jill Ellis has made two changes to the roster for the November training camp in California. Western New York Flash forward Jessica McDonald and Portland Thorns defender Emily Menges will replace defenders Jaelene Hinkle and Meghan Klingenberg on the 24-player squad set to face Romania in two friendlies later this month. October 21, 2016 - BUFFALO, NY --- The Western New York Flash announced today that the club has loaned defender Alanna Kennedy to Sydney FC of the W-League in Australia for the offseason. A member of the 2016 NWSL Champions, Kennedy played in 17 games, logging 1,538 minutes in her debut season in the league.
