Wheat Kings Off To The Finals

April 30, 2016 - Brandon, MB. - The Brandon Wheat Kings are off to the Western Hockey League Championship Final. Brandon punched their ticket Friday night with a 5-2 victory over the visiting Red Deer Rebels, before over 5,600 delirious fans at Westman Communications Group Place. With the win, the Wheat Kings clinched the best of seven series in five games and earned a berth into the League Championship against the Seattle Thunderbirds. T-Birds to Face Brandon Wheat Kings in WHL Championship

April 29, 2016 - KENT - The Seattle Thunderbirds will play the Brandon Wheat Kings in the best-of-seven WHL Championship series. The Wheat Kings defeated the Red Deer Rebels 5-2 in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Championship Friday night in Brandon to win their best-of-seven series 4-1. Game 1 of the WHL Championship is Friday, May 6, at 6pm in Brandon. The T-Birds will host Games 3, 4 and 5 of the WHL Championship. Game 3 is Tuesday, May 10, at 7:05pm at ShoWare Center. April 29, 2016 - Brandon, MB. - The Brandon Wheat Kings will be looking to earn a berth into the Western Hockey League Championship Final tonight when they play host to the visiting Red Deer Rebels in game 5 of their Eastern Conference Final.
