Kubic to Attend Canucks Prospects Camp

June 28, 2016 - Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants would like to congratulate goaltender Ryan Kubic on being invited to the Vancouver Canucks' prospects development camp. The camp runs from July 4th-7th in Shawnigan Lake. "This opportunity is a great one for Ryan and will really help with his development," said General Manager Glen Hanlon. June 28, 2016 - Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants announced on Tuesday that the hockey club has selected 1999-born Czech forward Filip Zadina with the fourth overall pick in the 2016 CHL Import Draft. June 27, 2016 - Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants Hockey Club would like to congratulate the family of late Giants co-owner Pat Quinn on his induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame. "We're really happy for Sandra and the Quinn family," said Giants majority owner Ron Toigo. "It's something that Pat certainly deserves. It's not a surprise on our part, and we're thrilled that he's in. It's one more acknowledgment of what Pat meant to hockey. This would have meant a lot to him." Giants Release 2016/17 Regular Season Schedule

June 27, 2016 - Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants released their 2016/2017 regular season schedule on Monday. The G-Men will kick-off their 16th season in the Western Hockey League when they face the Everett Silvertips on Friday, September 23rd, at the Langley Events Centre. The WHL regular season will once again be comprised of 72 games for each club - 36 home and 36 away.
