Tulsa Shock Announce TV Broadcast Crew for First Round Home Playoff Game

September 17, 2015 - TULSA, Okla. - The Tulsa Shock has hired Don King to be the play-by-play announcer and Brenda VanLengen as the color analyst for the television game broadcast of the Shock's playoff game Saturday night. They will be calling the game live for NBATV. King is now in his fifth decade of covering sports in Oklahoma and has been in Tulsa media since 1980. September 10, 2015 - TULSA, Okla. - The Tulsa Shock will begin the 2015 WNBA playoffs with a road game in Phoenix Thursday, September 17. The Conference Semi-Finals are a best-of-three series with the higher seeds hosting the opening games and the third games in the series, if necessary. Tulsa Shock's Riquna Williams to Miss Road Trip

September 2, 2015 - TULSA, Okla. - Shock starting guard Riquna Williams sustained a left calf strain injury in Sunday's game at home versus Indiana and will not be traveling with the team on their road trip this week. Williams played just over seven minutes in the game and scored just one point before leaving. The Shock won the game 76-70. August 31, 2015 - NEW YORK, Aug. 31, 2015 - Epiphanny Prince of the New York Liberty and Odyssey Sims of the Tulsa Shock were named the WNBA's Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Aug. 24 through Aug. 30. Prince earned the fourth Player of the Week honor of her career and her second since joining her hometown Liberty this season.
