Tri-City Storm Acquires Chicago's Leading Scorer Brandon Duhaime + Draft Pick

February 6, 2016 - Kearney, Ne. - The Tri-City Storm has acquired forward Brandon Duhaime and a 2017 Phase I 6th round draft pick from the Chicago Steel in exchange for forward Austen Long, a 2017 Phase I 4th round draft pick and future considerations. The 18-year-old Duhaime was leading the Steel in points and assists at the time of the trade, compiling 32 points and 22 assists through the first 39 games of his USHL career. February 6, 2016 - Youngstown, Oh. - Joe Cipollone tied the game with seven minutes left, but Youngstown Phantoms forward Jason Cotton scored the game-winning goal with 21 ticks remaining to best the Tri-City Storm, 4-2, Saturday at Covelli Centre. Storm Clamps Down on Phantoms, 2-1

February 5, 2016 - Youngstown, Oh. - The Tri-City Storm scored the first two goals of the game and used 20 saves by Jake Kielly to open the weekend with a 2-1 victory over the Youngstown Phantoms. Kielly, who yielded a goal early in the third, recovered while the Storm defense allowed six shots in the final frame. Tri-City Storm Acquires F Max Humitz from Muskegon

February 2, 2016 - Kearney, Ne. - The Tri-City Storm has acquired forward Max Humitz from the Muskegon Lumberjacks in exchange for forward John Sladic, Head Coach and General Manager Bill Muckalt announced Tuesday. Humitz, 20, brings four seasons and 178 games of USHL experience to the Storm. In the league since 2012-13, the native of Livonia, Michigan helped the Lumberjacks to the Clark Cup Finals last season.
