Black Hawks Best Storm in Game 2, 3-1

April 30, 2016 - Kearney, Neb. - Carson Meyer scored his fourth goal of the postseason, but the Tri-City Storm yielded a goal late in the second and could not come back, falling, 3-1, in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals Saturday at the Viaero Center. Waterloo has tied the best-of-five series, 1-1, entering Games 3 and 4 at Young Arena. Yuri Terao scored the game-winning goal for the Hawks with 2:13 left in the second. Tri-City Storm Affiliate F Adam Goodsir Named NAHL Rookie of the Year

April 28, 2016 - Kearney, Neb. - Tri-City Storm affiliate forward Adam Goodsir has been named NAHL Rookie of the Year with the Wichita Falls Wildcats, the NAHL announced Thursday. Drafted by the Storm in the 19th round, 298th overall, in Phase II of the USHL Draft, the 17-year-old native of Okemos, Michigan led the Wildcats with 28 regular-season goals, second in the league among rookies.
