February 8, 2016 - After sweeping the Bulls over the weekend, the Runners wasted no time in getting back to Topeka and putting themselves to work in the community. They were up bright and early today to visit the folks at Breakthrough House and the kids at North Fairview Elementary. The Reading with the RoadRunners Program (sponsored by Cold Stone Creamery) is one of the Runners most popular events and this morning was no different. Sweeps by Topeka, Lone Star Tighten South

February 8, 2016 - Topeka 4 @ Amarillo 2 - Tyler Johnson made 40 saves and John O'Connor had a three-point night as the RoadRunners completed a weekend road sweep in Amarillo with 4-2 win on Saturday. After a scoreless 1st period, each team scored in the 2nd period as Joey DiBenedetto scored for the Bulls and Johnny Walker answer for Topeka. The RoadRunners then added three more goals in the 3rd period, including strikes from O'Connor, Dominic Lutz and Cam Strong. Coale Norris had the other goal for the Bulls. RoadRunners Acquire Minot Minotauros' Leading Scorer in Trade

January 25, 2016 - TOPEKA, Kan. - The Topeka RoadRunners announced Sunday that the club has acquired Minot forward Johnny Walker in a North American Hockey League trade that is expected to boost the RoadRunners offensive output. In exchange, the RoadRunners have sent forward Matt Jennings to Minot. Walker, a 1996-born right-winger from Phoenix, Ariz., has committed to play Division I hockey for Arizona State University. RoadRunners Best IceRays on Thursday, 4-1

January 22, 2016 - The Corpus Christi IceRays (15-17-4) could not master a strong defensive output by the Topeka RoadRunners (25-14-1), falling 4-1 on Thursday night at the American Bank Center. A strong push early in the first period almost resulted in the game's opening goal for the IceRays, but RoadRunners netminder Tyler Johnson impressed to steal a goal away from the home side.
