November 11, 2016 - NEW YORK- The North American Soccer League (NASL) unveiled its 2016 Best XI on Friday morning, which includes Rowdies midfielder Joe Cole. The former Chelsea FC and West Ham United player joined the Rowdies on May 4 and played in 24 matches, scoring nine goals and picking up seven assists. Since signing for Tampa Bay on May 4, Cole has made his mark, proving himself to be an elite talent in the NASL.
