February 17, 2018 - Stockton, Calif. - Stockton scored two goals in the second period, which would be all they'd need as Mason McDonald stopped 25 shots to earn his second win of the weekend over San Jose 2-1. After a scoreless first period, Andrew Mangiapane would break the tie just before the midway mark in the second period when he one-timed a pass from newly acquired Colin Smith past San Jose netminder Antonie Bibeau. Flames Recall Morgan Klimchuk; Place Marek Hrivik on IR

February 17, 2018 - Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled forward Morgan Klimchuk from the Stockton Heat of the American Hockey League. The Flames have also placed Marek Hrivik on IR. Klimchuk, a native of Calgary, Alberta, was drafted in the first round (28th overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Klimchuk is currently third on the Stockton Heat in scoring with 27 points. His 13 goals this season is good for second on the team behind Andrew Mangiapane's 18. Furious Comeback Effort Leads Heat to 5-4 OT Win over San Jose

February 17, 2018 - Stockton, Calif. - A three goal lead by the San Jose Barracuda wasn't enough to hold off the Heat, as the Heat comeback to score three goals in the third period to tie the game and eventually win the game in overtime 5-4.
