May 5, 2016 - (Edmonton) - Our thoughts are with the people of Fort McMurray and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo during this very difficult time. Esks Raise Funds for Ovarian Cancer Research

May 4, 2016 - (Edmonton) - The Edmonton Eskimos invite the media to the Eskimos Women's Dinner, presented by Maclab Enterprises, on Thursday May 5, 2016, from 6 - 10 p.m. when the Green and Gold host nearly 400 women to raise funds for ovarian cancer research. Esks Sign OL Figueroa

May 2, 2016 - (Edmonton) - The Edmonton Eskimos have signed offensive lineman Joel Figueroa. The six-foot-six, 320-pound product of Miami spent the last three seasons with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, where he played 26 career games (26 starts). In five seasons at the University of Miami (2006-11), Figueroa played 43 games. He was granted an extra year of NCAA eligibility after sustaining an injury in 2010. Eskimos Mourn the Passing of Tom Muecke

April 27, 2016 - (Edmonton) - The Edmonton Eskimos mourn the passing of quarterback Tom Muecke (pronounced Mickey), who passed away on April 23, 2016. Muecke entered the league in 1986 with Winnipeg, where he would win his first Grey Cup championship two years later. Following a brief retirement, he spent time with the Calgary Stampeders before joining the Green and Gold in 1991. During three seasons in Edmonton, Muecke completed 121-of-238 passes for 1,702 yards and 14 touchdowns. He also rushed 17 times for 63 yards and one touchdown... Full Story
