Vidal Hazelton Stays in Green and Gold

January 16, 2017 - Edmonton- The Edmonton Eskimos have signed international wide receiver Vidal Hazelton, who originally joined the Green and Gold practice roster in October 2016. The native of New York, New York began his CFL career in 2015 with the Argonauts. During his time in Toronto, Hazelton recorded 97 receptions for 1,164 yards and nine touchdowns in 24 regular season games. He was also the East Division finalist for CFL Rookie of the Year. December 14, 2016 - Edmonton-- The Edmonton Eskimos announce the extension of pending free agent offensive lineman Tony Washington, keeping him in Green and Gold through 2019. Washington was traded to Edmonton in May 2014 and re-signed in December 2014.
