IceCaps Assign Didier to Brampton

February 19, 2017 - ST. JOHN'S, NL - Montreal Canadiens and St. John's IceCaps General Manager Marc Bergevin announced today the IceCaps have assigned defenceman Josiah Didier to the Brampton Beast of the ECHL. The 24-year-old Littleton, CO native has registered a goal, three assists and eight penalty minutes in 24 games with the IceCaps so far, this season. February 19, 2017 - ST. JOHN'S, NL - The St. John's IceCaps battled hard but could not complete the comeback as they fell 5-3 to the Syracuse Crunch on Sunday afternoon at Mile One Centre. The Crunch kicked off the scoring with three straight goals in the first period from Ben Thomas, Adam Erne, and Cameron Darcy. Chris Terry fired a rocket past Crunch netminder Kristers Gudlevskis to get the IceCaps up on the board in the first. Zach Redmond and Nikita Scherbak picked up the helpers on the first tally. February 15, 2017 - ST. JOHN'S, NL - The St. John's IceCaps could not catch the Binghamton Senators as they fell 6-4 on Wednesday night at Mile One Centre. The Senators struck first with a goal from Jack Rodewald just 2:14 into the game. The IceCaps evened it up with a marker from Yannick Veilleux (Bobby Farnham, Anthony Camara).
