December 2, 2016 - SAN ANTONIO- A day after scoring his first-ever NHL goal with the Colorado Avalanche, forward Sam Henley has been reassigned to the San Antonio Rampage along with forward Gabriel Bourque. In addition, the Rampage have signed forward Thomas Frazee to a professional tryout contract.
