Wings Seeking Bat Boys for 2017 Season

February 9, 2017 - BAT BOY The Red Wings are looking for THREE Bat Boys for the 2017 season at Frontier Field. Eligible candidates must be at least 17 years old, be able to work 55-70 games and have transportation to and from each game. Bat Boys will be asked to work one of two shifts: 1. 4 pm - until 30 minutes after game. 2. 6 pm - until 30 minutes after game. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up both dugouts and bullpens, filling coolers, mudding baseballs for game play and cleaning up after the game. ... Full Story

Quade Back to Manage Wings in '17

January 5, 2017 - The Minnesota Twins have announced that Mike Quade, Chad Allen, Stu Cliburn and Larry Bennese will all return to Rochester while Tyler Burks will join the Red Wings staff for the 2017 season. Quade, 59, enters his third season as manager of the Red Wings in 2017, leading Rochester to a 158-130 (.549) record in his first two campaigns.
