Mallards Defeat Rush

October 22, 2016 - (RAPID CITY, SD) - Lindsay Sparks scored for a third consecutive game, this time shorthanded, to bring the Rapid City Rush within one, but the Quad City Mallards were paced by the three-point performance of Justin Kovacs and swept the Rush in their weekend set with a 4-1 win on Saturday night in Rapid City. October 22, 2016 - (RAPID CITY, SD) - Over the summer, legendary Rapid City Rush goaltender, Danny Battochio, hung up his skates and began the next phase of his life after professional hockey. Part of that phase mean he would become the Goaltending Consultant of the Rush. Tonight, "the Batman" gets to put on his cape once again. October 22, 2016 - RAPID CITY, SD- Lindsay Sparks cashed in on the power play and rookie Hunter Fejes scored for a third straight game, but the Quad City Mallards struck twice on the power play and got some love from the iron in the third period as they handed the Rapid City Rush their third straight loss with a 3-2 win on Friday night in Premier Home Mortgage Ice in Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. Hill Recalled to Tucson

October 19, 2016 - (TUCSON, AZ) - The Tucson Roadrunners, AHL affiliate of the Rapid City Rush, announced today that Rush goaltender Adin Hill has been recalled to the Roadrunners. Hill, a 20 year-old rookie, played in only one game for the Rush, which was their season-opener at home last Friday against the Colorado Eagles. The Calgary, Alberta native stopped 29 of 32 shots in the 4-2 loss to the Rush's arch rival.
