Offenses Dominate as the Kokomo Jackrabbits

July 27, 2016 - The bats were busy at VA Memorial Stadium on Tuesday, and when the dust cleared the Kokomo Jackrabbits (27-23) had a 9-8 win over the Chillicothe Paints (22-28). The teams totaled 28 hits in the game. Logan Barnes racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Kokomo Jackrabbits. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the ninth inning. Paints Complete Comeback to Beat Miners 11-10

July 24, 2016 - CHILLICOTHE, Ohio - Catcher Jesse Forestell went three-for-four, scored two runs, and drove in five Saturday night to help the Chillicothe Paints (7-12, 21-7), presented by Adena Health System, come back from down 10-4 to beat the West Virginia Miners (11-7, 28-19) at VA Memorial Stadium. Jackrabbits win third straight, sweep Terre Haute

July 3, 2016 - TERRE HAUTE, IND. - Fueled by a third successive 10-plus-hits outing, the Kokomo Jackrabbits rolled to an 8-2 win over the Terre Haute Rex Saturday, July 2. First baseman Clay Benefield of Indiana University - Southeast and outfielder Griffin Harms of Wayne State University topped the hit parade. Benefield smacked three singles and drove in two runs, while Harms tallied two hits and two RBI. June 30, 2016 - CHILLICOTHE, Ohio - The Chillicothe Paints (14-15), presented by Adena Health System, topped the Champion City Kings (11-19) 5-3 Wednesday night at VA Memorial Stadium. Champion City took an early lead with two runs on four hits in the top of the first. Mathew Furuto singled, stole second base and scored on a Lee Sponseller RBI single.
