Matt McNamara Signs Standard Player Agreement

October 17, 2016 - Peterborough, ON- Before the Peterborough Petes game against the Owen Sound Attack on Sunday, General Manager Michael Oke announced that Peterborough native Matt McNamara has signed a standard player agreement. McNamara, who was selected by the Petes in the 6th round, 108th overall in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection, has spent the first month of the season with the Lindsay Muskies. Four Petes Named to NHL Central Scouting Players to Watch List for 2017 NHL Entry Draft

October 6, 2016 - Peterborough, ON- The NHL Central Scouting Service released its annual preliminary players to watch list ahead of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. Four Petes players, including Matyas Svoboda, Zach Gallant, C.J. Clarke, and Nick Grima were named to the list. Svoboda, the Petes' first round, 23rd overall pick in the 2016 CHL Import Draft, is a 6'2", 213lbs forward from Udlice, Czech Republic.
