Petes Acquire Jake Bricknell from Storm

January 10, 2017 - Peterborough, ON- Peterborough Petes General Manager Michael Oke announced today that the team has acquired forward Jake Bricknell from the Guelph Storm in exchange for Peterborough's 15th round pick in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection. Bricknell, a 6'1", 212lbs centre from Port Perry, Ontario, has played in 205 OHL games between the Belleville Bulls, Hamilton Bulldogs, and Guelph Storm. Troy Henley and Eddie Schulz Reassigned to Caledonia Corvairs

January 10, 2017 - Peterborough, ON- Peterborough Petes General Manager Michael Oke announced today that defenceman Troy Henley and forward Eddie Schulz have been reassigned to the Caledonia Corvairs of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL). Henley, a native of Paulsboro, New Jersey, has played in nine games for the Petes this season. January 9, 2017 - Peterborough, ON- Peterborough Petes General Manager Michael Oke announced today that the team has acquired two early picks in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection from the Flint Firebirds in exchange for sophomore forward C.J. Clarke. In the deal, Peterborough acquires Guelph's second round pick and Niagara's third round pick, both in the 2018 OHL Priority Selections. January 9, 2017 - Peterborough, ON- Peterborough Petes General Manager Michael Oke announced on Saturday that the team has acquired forward Chris Paquette in exchange for goalie prospect Nate McDonald and picks in upcoming OHL Priority Selections. Paquette, a 6'2", 201lbs centre from Kingston, Ontario, was Niagara's 2nd round, 30th overall pick in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection.
