Jacobson Stands Tall as Rivermen Win Shootout Saturday Night

February 6, 2016 - Fayetteville, NC - The Peoria Rivermen saw a late lead stolen away before besting the Fayetteville FireAntz in a shootout for a 4-3 win Saturday night. The win improves Peoria's league-best point total to 57 and lifts their SPHL-best road record to 17-3-1 to conclude their road trip. Peoria opened the scoring at 5:44 of the first, just six seconds after going on the power play. February 5, 2016 - Fayetteville, NC - The Peoria Rivermen saw their late 2-1 lead evaporate before falling 3-2 in overtime to the Fayetteville FireAntz Friday night. The loss, Peoria's first on the road since December 5, drops the Rivermen to 26-6-3 with one game remaining in Fayetteville on the current road trip. February 5, 2016 - HEY MR. WILSON Last night's 7-1 Rivermen victory in Macon included two goals and two assists for veteran winger Chris Wilson, tying a season-high with four points. Wilson notched his 250th career point with an assist last Sunday and now has 254 points in 244 career professional games, all in the SPHL.
