Hounds Beat Rattlers 14-11 After Rain Delay, Improve to 2-0

April 30, 2016 - CHARLOTTE, NC - The Charlotte Hounds on Saturday night beat the visiting Rochester Rattlers 14-11 at rain-soaked American Legion Memorial Stadium. It marks the second straight victory for the Hounds, who are now 2-0 for the first time in team history. Mike Sawyer was named Coca-Cola Player of the Game for his four-point (3g, 1a) performance., while the Rattlers were lead by Jordan Wolf with three goals. MLL Names Joey Sankey Warrior Offensive Player of the Week

April 26, 2016 - BOSTON, MA - Major League Lacrosse today announced its weekly award winners for Week 1 of the 2016 season, naming Hounds attack and reigning Cascade Rookie of the Year Joey Sankey as Warrior Offensive Player of the Week. In addition to Sankey's honor, the Ohio Machine's Adam Fullerton earned Warrior Defensive Player of the Week accolades. April 26, 2016 - BOSTON (April 26, 2016)- Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, kicked off the 2016 season with Week 1 action this past weekend. Chesapeake Bayhawks 16 Atlanta Blaze 13 Atlanta Blaze hosted a crowd of 4,000 for their debut and came out hot scoring the first six goals of the game.
