September 8, 2016 - In the inaugural NBL Canada Canadian Draft, the Orangeville A's have selected Rodell Wigginton of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (Buffalo University) and Daniel Tulloch of Mississauga, Ontario (York University). Rodell Wigginton, Buffalo University Daniel Tulloch, York University In the first round the A's selected Wigginton, a 6'5" 215lbs forward who averaged 7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game as a senior at Buffalo University (NCAA Division 1). August 5, 2016 - ORANGEVILLE, ON - The Orangeville A's would like to proudly announce the hiring of their new bench boss for the 2016-2017 NBL Canada season, Coach Brandon Lesovsky. May 6, 2016 - The Lightning were propelled by the 39 points and 8 assists of Akeem Scott, who led the Lightning to a 132-125 win. A's forward Justin Moss would also have an impact for the home side, collecting 27 points and 13 rebounds on the night. Orangeville Goes Down 2-0 against London Lightning, 127-112

May 4, 2016 - In what measured up to be a high scoring affair, the A's weren't able to slow down the efforts of Lightning guard Garrett Williamson (28 points, 9 rebounds), who pushed the Lightning to a 127-112 win. A's guard Dominic Cheek had a hot start for the away team, with 19 points in the 1st half and 24 on the night.
