August 27, 2015 - OurSports Central contributor Fran Stuchbury recently interviewed New Orleans VooDoo wide receiver Roger "Spiderman" Jackson. Jackson, playing his first season in the AFL for the VooDoo, caught 74 passes for a rookie team record 924 yards and 16 touchdowns. Jackson was playing in his second season with the Trenton Freedom of the Professional Indoor Football League prior to New Orleans signing him. New Orleans VooDoo Cease Operations

August 9, 2015 - LAS VEGAS - The New Orleans VooDoo and Las Vegas Outlaws organizations have ceased operations effective immediately, the Arena Football League announced today. All players under a continuing contract with either Team shall be placed into the Offseason Assignment Process once a date has been determined. Since no Team ownership is in place, there is no funding for an Outlaws playoff appearance.
