Wildcats Sign Goaltender Matthew Waite

May 31, 2016 - MONCTON N.B. - The Moncton Wildcats are pleased to announce the signing of goaltender Matthew Waite. He was drafted by the Wildcats last year in Sherbrooke during the 6th round of the 2015 QMJHL Draft. As a 1999 born player, he will come into the organization as a 17 year-old. During this past year he played for the Chicago Mission U16, and took his team to the National Championship this April in San Jose. Wildcats Lose Heartbreaking Game Six 5-4

May 1, 2016 - The Moncton Wildcats lost a heartbreaking game six 5-4 tonight in Moncton. Ending their playoff run as they fall to Rouyn-Noranda in this semi-final series 2-4. The Cats came out flying tonight, and had an unbelievable first and second period.
