Adam Micheletti Named Team President

May 24, 2016 - Lincoln, Neb. - The Lincoln Stars have hired Adam Micheletti as President, the team announced on Tuesday. Micheletti will manage the Stars' business operations. He joins the team after serving as the USHL Senior Director of Hockey Operations and Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee. Green Makes USHL All-Academic Team

May 13, 2016 - Lincoln, Neb. - Alex Green was named to the USHL All-Academic team, the league announced on Friday. Green is a senior at Lincoln Southeast High School with a 3.7 GPA. He is set to attend Cornell University at the conclusion of his USHL career. The Chicago native plans to study industrial labor relations and collective bargaining at Cornell with aspirations of becoming a sports agent. Jon Hull Named GM of the Year

May 12, 2016 - Lincoln, Neb. - Stars General Manager Jon Hull was named USHL General Manager of the Year as voted by his peers, the league announced on Thursday. In his second season, Hull assembled a team that rose from a last place finish in 2014-2015 to earn home-ice advantage in the 2016 USHL Western Conference Playoffs. Under the direction of Hull and second-year coach Chris Hartsburg, the Stars posted a 33-24-2 regular season record. Three Stars Collect Postseason Honors

May 11, 2016 - Lincoln, Neb. - Trevor Hamilton, Ludvig Hoff and Tanner Laczynski were named to the All-USHL teams, the league announced on Wednesday. Laczynski and Hamilton made second team All-USHL, while Hoff made third team. Lincoln tied Cedar Rapids for most players represented across the three teams. Hamilton finished this season with 35 points in 53 games, leading the Stars in D-scoring. The Penn State commit finished his USHL career with 74 points in 149 games.
